How long to deliver my AI agents?

Timelines vary based on complexity—from a few days to a few weeks. Once we get your project details, we’ll give you an estimated timeline and keep you updated through your client portal and your preferred communication channels.

What Technology Do You Use?

We develop agents using the OpenAI Assistants API, favor Google Cloud for backend services, and Next.js for the frontend if needed. Our proprietary SaaS platforms might also meet some of your requirements.  

What If My Agents Need Refining?

Nothing is perfect, including AI. If one of your agents isn’t behaving exactly as you want it to, we’re committed to refining it until it seamlessly manages your processes like a champ.

What's included in the subscription?

Our subscription includes front-end and back-end development, custom model training and fine-tuning, data processing and vectorization, and creating custom AI agents and tools, all integrated into your business processes.

What development work don't you cover?

We focus on creating new AI solutions. While we can integrate with existing systems, modifying your existing codebase or infrastructure isn’t our thing.

What Happens If I Pause Development?

You keep full rights to use your AI agents even after pausing. To maintain usage, your subscription will then shift to a Kaizen Package (meaning continuous never ending improvement) at $188 per week per agent, excluding normal usage-based fees, This includes a 30-minute maintenance and roadmap consultation once per month per agent with your project manager. You can use the technology internally and externally, including for commercial purposes, without restrictions.

What kind of support do you offer?

We provide maintenance support for any bugs or defects due to our errors at no extra cost. This doesn’t cover issues from client changes, third-party API changes, or problems outside our control.
