1. What is a live transfer?

A LIVE TRANSFER is when one of our call center agents connect one of your attorneys, or designated point of contact with a prequalified and verified referral of ours through a voice call.

2. Where do you get these live transfers?

We primarily run advertising and marketing campaigns online on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.

3. Are live transfers legal?

Our referrals come to us after they've been in car accidents and need an attorney to help them pursuit a case. We DO NOT participate or partner with persons or businesses involved in "ambulance chasing" or other unethical and illegal tactics.

4. What does prequalified and verified mean?

Prequalifed means our referrals pass the live transfer minimum requirements for qualification above.

Verified means all live transfers have verbally verified with our agents live transfer minimum requirements for qualification.

5. What does referral mean?

Our REFERRALS, in regards to the service we provide for you, is a person who has responded to one of our adveriting or marketing campaigns, who has been prescreened and verified by our agents and is looking for assistance from a personal injury attorney.
